If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide a suitable solution, including replacement or refund.

**3. Order Modifications and Cancellations:**
   - Since our products are customized, any modifications or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the production process begins, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
